HBC and Haas Service App Updates for the New Magic Code System

HBC transactions have been updated to support the new magic code system, and the Haas Service App will also be updated and released to support it. The new code system is only available for machines with software version 100.24.000.1120 and higher. We are conducting a pilot run of 20 machines. Standard production machines will not ship with 100.24.000.1120 or higher until January 2025. The full release of software uploaded to the HBC will not occur for several more months.
Unless you are working on one of the pilot runs of machines, please ignore the load file options at this time. Another service alert will be released once machines using the new magic code system start shipping and when software using the new magic code system is fully released on HBC.
Most HBC transactions have been updated to include a "Load File" button [1] to load an OUT file for the new magic code system.
Additionally, the Haas Service App has been updated so that during the geolocation process, "OUT" files and "EMC" files can be loaded onto the app with a USB stick. These updates will be live on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store later this week. The new magic code system will be available on app version 4.4.5 or higher for Android and IOS. We suggest all service techs update the app even if they are not working on the pilot run of machines. This update also includes various bug fixes and enhancements
